Soccer registration is closed for the Spring '24 season!
Youth Soccer Fun night
Pre-K and Kinder athletes are invited to participate in three informal soccer fun nights on Thursdays in late March and early April. Starting on March 21st at 6:15 pm, Pre K and Kinder athletes are invited to the MHS football field.
A few parents have agreed to lead and execute these sessions of soccer fun for local Little Kickers. They welcome all the help they can get, however, and parents should plan to stay with their children if at all possible. Each night will start with basic skill development. The goal is to get players working towards mini-games. Regardless, athletes will be given the opportunity to run, play and have fun!

Youth Soccer Leagues
Minneapolis Rec, in cooperation with Bennington Rec and potentially Solomon Rec, will be participating in a recreational youth soccer league this spring. Travel to Bennington will be required.
Teams and play dates will be determined and organized according to enrollment numbers and field availabity. However, at this time, we will have no offerings or formal competition dates for 5th and 6th grade players. 1st - 4th grades will also being playing with an emphasis on FUN! We don't intend to order t-shirts for this season and thus costs will be lower. Teams will play in pinnies, provided by the Rec, on game days.
Play will begin in late March and will continue through the month of April. We are looking to schedule games for weeknights that aren't intrusive to the HS track team which frees up weekends for extra family time in the Spring!
